Networks Centre is proud to be working alongside Fluke Networks to offer greater peace of mind with Fleet Support. Designed for customers who own several Fluke Networks testers, Fleet Support takes the stress out of calibrations, services, accessory replacement requests and technical support.
Customers who register for Fleet Support will receive one free calibration during the Gold Support period, with a free loan unit whilst yours is away*. Our Fleet Service representative will contact you when your calibration is due and will arrange to have the product collected and calibrated on a day convenient for you.
All repairs are free with collection and return costs covered with Fleet Support. Fluke Network's 'first on the bench' policy ensures your tester is returned to you quickly.
If an accessory presents a fault, like a battery no longer holding charge, simply contact us with a detailed description of the fault and we will liaise with Fluke for a replacement.
Fluke Networks offer advice 24/7-365 days a year to registered Fleet Support customers. Networks Centre has in-house specialists who will try to answer any questions you may have regarding the functionality of your test equipment. If we're unable to help, we'll speak to Fluke on your behalf.
