LEVITON RailSafe Non-metallic Armoured LSC Optical Cables - 4 to 72 Fibres
A high performance Low Smoke Halogen Free (LSHF) optical fiber cable combining the benefits of water swell and non-metallic armour technology.
The cables meet the stringent fire, smoke and toxicity requirements of London Underground Standard 1-085.
They are authorized for use by London Underground for installation in sub-surface locations and are listed in the Approved Product Register as ID 1708.

Non-metallic RBG central strength member
Layer of 6 stranded elements – 4, 8, or 12 fibers per tube plus solid fillers as necessary
Dry-water blocked interstices
Layer of water-blocking tape
Water-blocking glass yarn armor/strength members
Orange enhanced performance HFFR-LS* sheath
Yellow sheath for single-mode fiber as per LUL 1-145
Available in standard single-mode and multimode fiber types
Included in the Leviton Limited 25-Year System Warranty when used in conjunction with Leviton connectivity.
System warranties are available for qualified projects installed by certified contractors
